Japanese A5 Chuck Steak
When you want that Japanese beef flavor but something with a little more bite to it and not overwhelmingly rich. Typically angus chuck steak has always been used in stews because it’s too tough but step on up to Japanese A5 chuck and it’s vastly different! Thin slice for Yakiniku, Shabu Shabu & works amazing for A5 Wagyu Sushi, especially if you hit it lightly with a torch!
