Shipping policy

Shipping options:

Orders placed Monday will ship Tuesday. Orders placed Tuesday will ship Wednesday. Orders placed Wednesday-Sunday will ship Monday.

Orders will be processed and shipped the day after they’re placed as long as it falls on a shipping day. All packages are shipped with third party couriers for fast express delivery.
 

  • Within CA, packages are shipped "1 to 2 Business Days" Shipping Monday-Wednesday. 
    *Please note that delivery times for each service area vary and may be 2 Day Shipping.
  • Outside of CA, packages can be sent
    • “2 - Day” shipping Monday-Wednesday or
    • “Overnight Priority” Monday-Wednesday.
  • Orders placed at end of the shipping week will be shipped out the following Monday.
  • Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation for your order and a separate email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Free shipping for orders worth $300 and above (*Except during sales)

Other states with flat rate (color-coded above):

  • Minimum order is $100.
  • 2 Day Shipping or Overnight Priority Shipping 

We cannot ship outside the states mapped above, and internationally outside the U.S.A.

Shipping terms:

All steaks are shipped frozen in an insulated shipping box with freezer packs. Dry ice is also used when necessary. This will keep your steaks at a safe temperature for up to four days while shipping. Products will arrive frozen or may be partially thawed. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. An automatic notification to receive tracking information via text or email will be sent.

Please be sure to enter the correct shipping information for your order to ensure it’s safe arrival. The Wagyu Window is not responsible for any loss of goods due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

We cannot ship to PO boxes. 

Any order can be delayed due to product availability/shipping delays but we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. We may also send your order with a different carrier if there is an issue/delay. 

The Wagyu Window is not responsible for any damaged packaging due to Fed-Ex/UPS/GLS shipping mishandling. If shipper shows “Delivered” but your packages is not there please message us within 4hrs of stamped delivery time for us to handle the situation otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for any mishaps. Shipping costs are non-refundable as unforeseen delays can occur.
