All sales are final. No returns or exchanges once items are produced. You may be eligible for a refund. Our products are perishable, and it is our policy that products can never be returned except when requested. Please Contact Us for any questions or concerns with your order.
If you need to cancel, please email us immediately as it would have to be cancelled before it ships out. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped then we can cancel your order. You will be charged the payment system’s processing fee. Cancellation due to the shipping company’s delay are not eligible for cancellation. If excessively delayed where it effects the meat, then it will be credited or resent.
The Wagyu Window aims to provide the best and highest quality product you can find. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us as soon as your package arrives so we can address your concerns and bring about an appropriate resolution, if necessary.
The Wagyu Window is not responsible for any damaged packaging due to Fed-Ex/UPS/GLS shipping mishandling. If shipper shows “Delivered” but your packages is not there please message us within 4hrs of stamped delivery time for us to handle the situation otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for any mishaps. Shipping costs are non-refundable as unforeseen delays can occur.
