Domestic Rack Of Lamb—8-Bone Frenched
Dedicated families raise our lambs with care. We work only with ranchers who are as committed to the care of the animals and the environment as we are. Sustainability is an inherent quality of our business. It starts in the pasture and extends to every facet of what we do.
Lambs are set to pasture on vast, natural grasslands and treated humanely to honor the animals.
There are 8 chops per rack, with 1 rib bone per chop. Lamb can be broiled, grilled, pan fried or roasted.
A “Frenched Rack” has had a few inches of meat removed from the end of the bones, which makes for a great presentation! A “Crown Roast” is made of two Frenched lamb racks tied together to resemble a crown.
