Our favorite piece of the Picanha! With the tip you get a thicker cut and what we find to be one of the most tender parts. The thickness of a steak can change the whole feel,  so we separate these from the rest. When slicing Picanha the other pieces come out thin so we want our customers to know what to expect   

So much flavor, so juicy, and cut into 8oz portions perfect to knock back. One of the greatest steaks on earth.
