Japanese A5 Filet BMS 12 is the highest marble grade of A5. These are marbled like no other filets in the world. Kagoshima took the Overall Win in Japan's Wagyu Olympics in 2017. The biggest name in Japanese Wagyu & the largest producer of Wagyu in Japan.

*To be graded A5 the BMS score must be 8 or greater and 12 being the highest.
